Rental Service*

For property owners, we can offer a letting service to help pay for itself. The rental itself depends on the size and location of your property. This service includes;

Free advertising of your property in the rental section of our website.

When rented, we will clean your property before the guests arrive and wash the towels and sheets.

We will check the property before guests leave to ensure all is in good order and report to you any problems.

The commission for this service is 20% of the rental cost.

Luxury Key Holder Service*

We can offer a first class service to look after you and your property and makes sure it is ready when you arrive (given a weeks notice). This service is for up to two visits a year and includes;

Security and Maintenance Checks. We will check on your property on a monthly basis and informing you of any problems and arrange for quotations for any repairs.

Repairs to the property. If any maintenance problems arise with the property, we will arrange for the tradesmen to come give you a quotation before proceeding with the work.


Cleaning Service. We can clean your property before you arrive including washing the towels and sheets.

Shopping service. We can make sure that you have the essential foods when you arrive, such as tea/coffee, milk, sugar, bread and up to five other items.

Airport pick up and return service. We can meet you at the airport and return you to the airport when you leave.

This service costs between £250 to £350 / € 375 to € 525 a year dependant on location and size of property.

Separate Services*

We can offer the following services separately on request;


Security Checks. Our Property Management team will ensure that you safeguard your investment by making routine property checks on your behalf and reporting back to you. Cost is £10 / € 15 per inspection.

Maintenance Service. Make sure that your property is inspected monthly and arrange for quotations for any work that needs to be carried out. Also, if you have any maintenance problems whilst you are staying, you can give us a ring and we can get arrange a quotation for the repairs. Cost is £10/ € 15 per month.

Daily Cleaning Services. We can arrange for your property to be cleaned daily. Cost £25 to £30 / € 37 to € 45 per day (dependant on size).

Floral Services. If you want a flower arrangement delivered to your property whilst on holiday, we can arrange this for you. Quotation available on request.

Garden and/or Pool Service. We can ensure that your pool and/or garden is looked after regularly. This includes cutting, watering and weeding the garden and ensure that your pool is either filled and/or cleaned before you arrive. Quotation available on request.

Insurance Services*

For peace of mind, we can offer Insurance for your Belongings and your Property


House Insurance to protect your home in case of fire, flooding and natural disasters (check terms and conditions).

Contents Insurance to protect your belongings in case of theft (check terms and conditions).
