2 bedroom apartment - the apartments are located on the ground or first floor. All the apartments are having 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet, living room area with modern open plan kitchen and 2 balconies (one large balcony from the livingroom looking to the front and one smaller balcony from the bedroom).

3 bedroom apartment – the apartments are located on the first or second floor of A and B block. All the apartments are having 3 bedrooms, family bathroom with bath and toilet, living room area with modern open plan fitted kitchen. There are also 2 balconies, one large balcony from the living room and a smaller balcony from the bedroom.

3 bedroom duplex – the duplexes are located on the second and the top floor of A, B, C and D blocks.

You can purchase your property fully furnished if you choose the third price option from the price list.

Our furniture packs are at great value. The kitchen will include a fridge freezer, washing machine, 4 ring stove and extractor fan and little bits such as, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The living room will include air-conditioning unit, plasma television and stand, curtains, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and the choice of either a corner sofa or either a 3 seated sofa or a 2 seated sofa, depending on the shape of your living room area, all sofas can be pulled out into beds.
Every master bedroom will consist of a double bed with headboard, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, air-conditioning unit and curtains, blankets and duvet set.
Every second bedroom will include a single bed together with a headboard, wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, air-conditioning unit and curtains, blankets and duvet set.
